Products & Orders
All products are handcrafted in small batches. Availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. This is why we don't have an online shopping cart.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards plus cash, checks, and money orders. The Sopothecary business account is not set up to accept Venmo at this time.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. A flat shipping rate of $7.50 applies to all orders. Orders of $65 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can contact the shipping company and file a claim.
Product Safety & Disclaimer
Natural does not mean neutral. Some individuals may be allergic to natural ingredients including nuts, lactose, gluten, and essential oils. Always perform a patch test before full use. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. All products are for external use only.
